Acceptable Use Policy

These rules help keep Fuel Center safe, lawful, reliable, and appropriate for qualified business fuel workflows.

Fuel Center supports software workflows for qualified vendors and eligible business fuel operations. Actual fuel sale, delivery, storage, transport, tax, safety, vehicle, and local regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the licensed vendor or supplier.

Lawful Fuel Operations

You must not use Fuel Center for unlicensed sale, storage, transport, dispensing, delivery, resale, diversion, or handling of fuel. You must not use the platform for adulteration, quality manipulation, unlawful resale, unsafe delivery practices, or any illegal, unsafe, or unauthorized petroleum or fuel activity where applicable.

Users must comply with petroleum, explosives/PESO, transport, motor vehicle, tax, environmental, local authority, safety, vehicle, storage, and site rules that apply to their role in the transaction where applicable.

Identity and Records

Do not provide false identity, fake KYC, incorrect GST or tax data, misleading business details, unauthorized user access, fake invoices, forged e-way bills or statutory documents, false meter readings, manipulated delivery proofs, or inaccurate site and order information.

Fraud and Payments

Do not place fraudulent orders, misuse credit terms, initiate unauthorized payments, attempt chargeback abuse, submit false refund claims, manipulate ledger records, misuse vendor-based credit, misrepresent payment status, or evade payment obligations.

Platform Abuse

Do not scrape, spam, overload, probe, scan, reverse engineer, resell access, use bots without permission, harvest data, misuse credentials, automate account activity, or interfere with platform operation.

Security Bypass

Do not attempt to bypass OTP verification, Turnstile or similar anti-abuse checks, authentication, role-based permissions, rate limits, account controls, fraud-prevention checks, or other platform security measures.

Content and Uploads

Do not upload illegal, infringing, confidential, malicious, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content. Uploaded files and messages must be relevant to legitimate business workflows and authorized by the user submitting them.

Consequences

Violations may result in warning, content removal, transaction hold, account restriction, suspension, termination, vendor/customer notification, regulatory reporting, legal action, or other appropriate steps.
