Terms of Service

These terms explain how Fuel Center may be used as a technology platform for vendor-led fuel commerce, operational records, payments coordination, and support workflows.

Last updated: 20 May 2026

Fuel Center provides software workflows and records for fuel commerce. Actual fuel sale, delivery, storage, transport, pricing, invoices, tax treatment, licensing, and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the relevant vendor, supplier, customer, transporter, or other responsible party unless expressly agreed in writing.

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Fuel Center website, platform, applications, and related services operated by SJ Goods & Services. By using Fuel Center, you agree to these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the business you represent.

Nature of Services

Fuel Center provides software workflows for order management, delivery visibility, invoice and ledger visibility, payment coordination, support records, user access, and operational communication. Fuel Center is not itself the seller, fuel supplier, carrier, licensed storage operator, lender, NBFC, bank, payment aggregator, payment wallet issuer, or statutory authority unless a specific written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you use Fuel Center for a company or business, you represent that you have authority to act for that entity.

Account Registration

  • Provide accurate and current account, business, contact, GST, tax, and location information.
  • Keep login credentials confidential and restrict access to authorized users.
  • Accept responsibility for activity carried out through your account.
  • Promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access or incorrect account records.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for accurate order details, lawful delivery locations, site access, timely payment, correct tax information, and compliance with applicable business, safety, storage, transport, and local requirements.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors and suppliers remain responsible for actual fuel supply, product availability, product quality, quantity, pricing, delivery execution, invoice correctness, statutory compliance, customer credit terms, and any required licenses, permits, approvals, vehicles, equipment, tax treatment, and local regulatory requirements.

Regulatory and Fuel Compliance

Fuel sale, storage, dispatch, transport, dispensing, and delivery must be performed only by eligible and properly licensed vendors, suppliers, dealers, transporters, or authorized parties. Users must not use Fuel Center for unlicensed, unlawful, unsafe, adulterated, diverted, unauthorized, or prohibited fuel transactions.

Vendors, suppliers, transporters, customers, and site operators are responsible for applicable petroleum, explosives/PESO, transport, motor vehicle, environmental, tax, local authority, safety, vehicle, storage, dispensing, and site-specific rules. Fuel Center may restrict, suspend, cancel, or report activity that appears unlawful, unsafe, suspicious, or non-compliant.

Orders and Fulfilment

Orders are subject to vendor acceptance, product availability, serviceability, payment status, customer-vendor terms, operational feasibility, and applicable laws. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may change due to field conditions, vendor readiness, traffic, weather, site access, or other operational constraints.

Pricing, Taxes, and Charges

Product prices, delivery charges, taxes, discounts, credit terms, and other charges may be determined by vendors, applicable laws, or customer-vendor agreements. Fuel Center may charge subscription, support, integration, or platform fees where agreed separately.

Payments, Ledger, and Settlement

Online payments, where enabled, are processed through authorized third-party payment gateway, banking, card, or UPI providers. Fuel Center does not store sensitive card details. Payment success, failure, settlement, chargeback, refund, reversal, and bank/UPI/card timelines may depend on payment partners and banking networks.

Payment gateway charges, bank charges, convenience fees, or other third-party charges may apply where disclosed or agreed. Fuel Center may display operational ledger records for advances, payments, order reservations, adjustments, dues, statements, and settlement visibility.

Ledger, Advance, and Non-Wallet Clarification

Ledger, advance, prepaid, buying power, outstanding, or balance views are operational and accounting records for order coordination and reconciliation. They do not represent a bank account, deposit account, RBI-regulated wallet, stored value instrument, payment instrument, or interest-bearing account. Any advance or order balance usage is subject to vendor/platform configuration, commercial terms, payment status, and applicable law.

Credit and Contract Terms

Credit limits, credit days, temporary credit, product coverage, overdue handling, and contract pricing are primarily commercial terms between vendors and customers. Fuel Center may help record, display, or operationally support those terms, but does not provide loans, financing, credit underwriting, payment guarantees, recovery services, approval guarantees, or continued credit availability.

Invoices, Quantity, and Tax

Tax invoice responsibility normally remains with the vendor or supplier unless a written arrangement states otherwise. Quantity, meter reading, delivery proof, GST/tax treatment, e-way bill, or other statutory documentation, if applicable, remain the responsibility of the relevant parties. Fuel Center may assist with digital records and display but does not independently certify fuel quantity, quality, tax classification, or statutory documentation.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on vendor policy, order status, dispatch stage, delivery stage, payment confirmation, product nature, applicable deductions, payment gateway or banking timelines, and law. Orders already dispatched or delivered may not be cancellable or refundable except where required by law or vendor policy. Refund timelines are explained in the Refund Policy and should not be treated as instant or guaranteed.

Delivery Tracking and Location Use

Where enabled, Fuel Center may provide status updates, delivery team assignment, route visibility, live location, estimated arrival, and proof of delivery. Location information is used for operational coordination, customer visibility, support, safety, and dispute records.

Compliance and Restricted Use

You must use Fuel Center only for lawful business purposes. Do not use the platform for illegal fuel handling, unauthorized transport, unlawful resale, diversion, adulteration, false documentation, fraudulent payments, or any activity that violates petroleum, tax, safety, environmental, transport, or local laws.

User Content and Documents

You may submit business records, order details, invoices, delivery proofs, messages, KYC or tax information, and other documents. You confirm that submitted content is accurate, lawful, and authorized, and you permit Fuel Center to use it for platform operations, support, compliance, security, and dispute coordination.

Third-Party Services

Fuel Center may rely on payment gateway, bank, OTP, email, SMS, cloud, analytics, map, security, and workflow service providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and processing timelines.

Intellectual Property

Fuel Center names, logos, software, design, content, workflows, interfaces, documentation, and related intellectual property belong to SJ Goods & Services or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the platform without written permission.

Platform Availability

We aim to provide a reliable platform, but availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or always current. Maintenance, upgrades, internet issues, third-party outages, field conditions, or events beyond our control may affect service.

Suspension or Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe there is fraud, misuse, security risk, inaccurate information, non-payment, legal risk, unsafe activity, or violation of these terms or applicable policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuel Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, business, revenue, profit, data, goodwill, or opportunity losses. Any liability will be limited to the amount of service fees paid to Fuel Center for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a higher amount is required by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Fuel Center, SJ Goods & Services, and their owners, employees, partners, and service providers against claims, losses, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse, legal violation, incorrect information, breach of terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Disputes Between Users

Disputes about fuel quality, quantity, delivery, pricing, invoices, credit, dues, or other commercial terms are primarily between the customer and vendor. Fuel Center may provide available platform records and coordination support but is not obligated to adjudicate those disputes unless separately agreed.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in New Delhi, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or use of Fuel Center.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Fuel Center after updates means you accept the revised terms.
